Saturday Spanks - 'That was beyond kinky, surely.'

I like to think of Satspank man as 'Nigel'. "Go on, Nigel! Give her what for!"
Hello. my fellow kinksters! Welcome once again to Saturday Spankings, the weekly bloghop that's de rigueur for all spanky fiction fans.

My snippet this week comes from my story The Perfect Housewife which is part of the Corbin's Bend Love In The Rockies collection.

Kirsty has chosen to make her boyfriend Logan's Valentine's Day extra special by dressing up as a sexy, submissive 1950's housewife. Logan is enjoying the game immensely.

Logan stayed stretched back in his chair and watched her make the coffee. When she handed him his cup he nodded to the pile of dirty crockery and cutlery by the kitchen sink. “Go on then,” he said. “Get on with it.”
“You want to watch me do the washing up?”
“Yup.”
“I was going to stack it all in the dishwasher in the morning.”
“Nope. I want you to do it now. And I want you to do it by hand. The old-fashioned way.”
Kirsty stared. Did he really mean to say that his housewife fantasy consisted of her doing actual housework? That was beyond kinky, surely.
Still, she shrugged inwardly, tonight was all about fulfilling his fantasies. If he wanted to
watch her scrub a bunch of dirty dishes then so be it. She moved towards the sink.
“Do you have an apron to put on?” asked Logan.
“Drat, no,” said Kirsty, crestfallen. Why hadn’t she bought a frilly apron? It would have finished off her 1950s housewife look perfectly. She felt quite annoyed at herself.
Logan didn’t seem to mind.  “No matter,” he said, walking towards her. “It would be a shame if you got your pretty dress all wet, though.” He made a twirling motion with his fingers indicating that she should turn round. Kirsty complied and he unzipped her dress at the back then pulled it down her body, supporting Kirsty as she stepped out of it. Folding the dress over his arm he looked her up and down and smiled.

Make sure you go and check out Love In The Rockies, if you haven't already. It has some wonderful stories by some wonderful authors including the always awesome Thianna D and Constance Masters.

Valentine's Surprise by Constance Masters

Roy & Teri's Staycation by Kate Richards
Roy and Teri Simms are finally going to take their vacation and renew their romance! Or will the constant interruptions result in spanking interruptus?

Past Interference by Kathryn R. Blake
When Jerry Douglas asks Elly Benson to marry him, he wants their ceremony to be as close to Valentine's Day as possible. Though Elly tearfully accepts Jerry's proposal without hesitation, as she readies herself for her second wedding, the doubts and misgivings of any new bride-to-be are exacerbated by the abuse she suffered during her first marriage. Though she's lived with Jerry for four months now, and been subject to his discipline more than once, her first husband had been kind and careful with her, too, in the beginning. At least until she vowed to love, honor and obey him. Will they get to their I-dos, or will Elly’s past interfere just when things are going good?

The Perfect Housewife by Etta Stark
Kirsty Beale may be less wild and destructive than she used to be but she's still a long way off from being the perfect housewife. Since moving in with her boyfriend Logan - and spending time with Logan's very traditional family - Kirsty has begun to worry that she isn't the traditional homemaker that Logan would like her to be. Will Valentine’s Day be the perfect opportunity to let Logan enjoy the pleasures of having a perfect old-fashioned wife - if only for one night?

She determines to chaperone the dance anyway and deal with Grant later. Unfortunately, Lainie's plan doesn't work out quite like she intended it to and she is in for quite a few unexpected surprises.

Knowing What She Needs by Thianna D.

When she wakes up to find him gone, it puts her in a really bad mood, one that just gets darker by the hour. Once Brent calms her down with a spanking and a night of passionate lovemaking, he gives her the best gift she ever could have received. Just when things get on an even keel again, help is needed from the man she loves. Char has a choice to make: Accept it willingly. Or Detonate. One decision controls their future. Spanky Valentines Day!

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! Well, those of you who celebrate it, anyway. Of course the really cool people don't bother with the consumerist celebration  of romantic cliches headed by the Patron Saint of beekeepers and epileptics.

Why yes, I am single. What was your first clue?

I forgot to sign up to Saturday Spankings this week because I am rubbish. Especially rubbish this week given that Valentine's Day is the best day possible to mention Love In The Rockies, the Valentines Day-themed Corbin's Bend boxset featuring stories by Constance Masters, Kate Richards, Thianna D, Kathryn R Blake and Ruth Staunton. And me, of course.

All the stories in the collection feature characters from previous Corbin's Bend books and are all themed on Valentines Day. So it's pretty much beekeeping and epilepsy all the way.

If you haven't read it yet, go on and buy it now. You deserve it. It can be a Valentine's gift to yourself. Everyone knows they're the very best kind of Valentine gifts.

Not only is there Love In The Rockies to get you all Valentinesy and Corbin's Bendsy, there's also a lovely Corbin's Bend story My Charming Valentine by Maggie Ryan which right now costs absolutely zero dollars to purchase (that's equal to zero pounds in British money, UK readers.)

Of course, some people choose to spend Valentine's Day doing this sort of thing.
Which is fine if you're into naked kissing. Can't see the appeal myself.

So let's have a snippet from The Perfect Housewife, my contribution to the collection featuring Kirsty and Logan from East End Girl.

This takes place about a week before Valentine's Day. Kirsty is about to be punished.
Logan sat down on the edge of the bed and beckoned Kirsty towards him. She stood in front of him her eyes nervously darting to the paddle which lay on the bed. Logan grabbed hold of the back of Kirsty’s thighs and pulled her closer. He unbuttoned the tight black pants she was wearing and then pulled down the zipper. He yanked her pants down to her knees and then pushed her panties down to meet them.
“Lie over my lap,” he commanded.
Kirsty awkwardly positioned herself over his knees, the clothing bunched at her knees making it difficult to maneuver herself.
Once she was over, Logan pushed her head down further towards the ground so that her butt was raised high in the air. “I’m going to give you twelve swats,” he told her. “I want you to count them out loud.”
Kirsty gave the smallest of nods and within seconds the first swat of the paddles came crashing down on her naked backside. “One,” she said.
“One, sir.” said Logan.
“One, sir,” said Kirsty. Logan had never insisted that she call him ‘sir’ before but given the position she was currently in, she wasn’t about to argue with him.
A second blow came swiftly down forcefully hitting the other cheek. “Two, sir,” said Kirsty, gasping slightly. The paddle didn’t just hurt where it struck her flesh, the pain seemed to right down to her bones. She wondered how on earth she was going to withstand ten more. Logan brought the paddle swiftly down on the lower part of her buttocks. The force of the swat brought tears to Kirsty’s eyes and she instinctively gripped hold of Logan’s leg. It took a moment for her to manage to get any words out at all. When the pain had subsided just enough for her to speak, she counted the blow as she had been told to. “Three, sir.”
Come on, you can do this, she reassured herself, you’ve had worse spankings before

Have a wonderful Saturdays, everyone, doing whatever it is that makes you happiest. Personally, I'm just happy that I've managed to avoid being told off by Corbin's Bend author-wrangler, Thianna D. I'm not sure what the consequences would have been for failing to mention Love in The Rockies on Valentines Day but given the woman's taste in paddles, I really don't think I would be willing to risk finding out.

It's called the tenderizer. For obvious reasons.

The Hot-Off!

There's so much stuff going on here on the internet that, quite frankly, it's difficult sometimes to stay on top of it all. Just checking out all the adorably hilarious cat photos can feel like a full time job sometimes.

And there's a whole bunch of other kinds of cat photos on the internet as well, it seems.
So I'll forgive you if you've somehow missed The Hot Off, the "single-elimination erotica tournament" that is happening on the internet right now.

Organised by Emily Tilton and Selena Kitt, the competition has been pitting kinky smut writers against other kinky smut writers as we do battle with our stories. Each story has to be a maximum of five hundred words and has to include a key word set by the organisers. In the first round it was 'door', in the second round it was 'hotel'. Writing to a five hundred word limit is not easy by the way. Especially if you like to twat on as much as I do.

I have somehow managed to win both my rounds so far and am now - very excitingly - going to be competing in the semi-finals. I don't think I've ever got through to the semi-finals of anything before in my life to be honest. I can't remember what happens if you actually win the thing. I am assuming there is a massive cash prize and the guarantee of every kinky sexual desire catered for by the celebrity of your choice. Something like that, anyway.

The other writers in the semi-final are Tara Crescent, Will La Forge and Justine Hollander. So given that kind of competition, I don't think I can be counting on rolling around naked on piles of banknotes with Bill Bailey any time soon.

If you want to read my entries so far, I have included them below for you. Because I'm lovely. But go and check out the proper Hot Off website afterwards for an imaginative collection of economically written erotica by some wonderfully filthy writers.

Round 1 Story - "Door"

Mid-morning light streamed into the unfamiliar bedroom. I’d met the guy, Sean, sleeping beside me less than twelve hours before, setting a record for the shortest time between first introduction and furiously ripping one another’s clothes off before partaking in mind blowing sex. Our first conversation had been basically “You know Gary too? Cool. What’s your name? Do you live nearby? Can we go back there? Like right now?”

He’d fucked me hard and fast and beautifully. I was sore all over and hoarse from coming. Afterwards we talked. Then fucked. Then talked. Then fucked. Apparently, sleep had featured at some point.

Sean opened one eye “Morning gorgeous,” he said pulling me into a hug. It was a very satisfactory cuddle ending with me breathlessly coming as Sean’s dexterous fingers played my cunt like a well tuned instrument.

Afterwards, I lay in bed and looked around his bedroom. It was much more stylish, light and understatedly artistic than I would have expected. The one thing that stood out was the door on the far wall. Unlike the rest of the modern decor, it was dark, old and slightly menacing. It looked like it had been transplanted there from a medieval castle.

“What’s on the other side of the door?” I asked.

“That’s my sex dungeon,” Sean said nonchalantly.

“What?” I asked, biting back a giggle. I had no idea if he was being serious or not.

He began kissing my naked breasts. “See the thing about me that you need to know,” he said in between kisses, “is that I really am a massively kinky bastard. Not that I didn’t love last night – I did, every minute of it – but just know I would love to bend you over a bench, tie you up and spank you until you scream. “

I swallowed. I felt like he had been inside my head looking at my secret sexual fantasies. All those BDSM books I read, full of situations that I fantasised over. How did he know?

“That sounds... hot,” I managed.

He rolled me over so that I was lying on my front and ran his fingers lightly over my backside. “I would love to take a cane to this wonderful arse of yours,” he said. “A dozen bright right stripes across here would suit it beautifully.”

“Are you going to show me your dungeon?” I asked.

Sean laughed. “Sorry, sexy. I was teasing you about that. I don’t really have a sex dungeon. That door just leads to a closet. I have no idea why the former owners decided to install a closet door like that.”

My heart sunk. Was it all a tease?

“I do have canes though.” he whispered in my ear. “If you still fancy it without the dungeon?”

“Fuck yes,” I said.

“Excellent.” He sat up on the bed. “Come on you. Over my lap. I think a hand spanking will start us off nicely. This is going to be a very interesting morning.”

Round 2 Story - "Hotel"

There is nowhere lonelier than the bland characterless room of a budget hotel at 11pm. I loved my job but sometimes the constant travelling got me down. Having to be in Truro one day, Cambridge the next. It had its perks of course but sometimes I just felt very alone.

I switched off the television and was surprised by a knock on the door. Who the hell was that? It’s not as though you get room service at the Premier Inn.

“Hey princess, you gonna let me in?” called a familiar voice and my face immediately broke into a grin.

“Nick!” I said opening the door. “What the hell are you doing here?”

“Missed you,” he explained shucking off his coat and kissing me hard. “Wanted to see you.”

“Wait, you’ve driven five hours just to see me?”

“Yup.” He pulled me towards him and started unbuttoning my blouse. “That OK?”

“Of course. Don’t you have work in the morning though?”

“Afraid so. I’m going to have leave in... ” He glanced at the clock. “about three hours time.”

“You’re driving through the night just to spend three hours with me?”

Hell yeah.” Nick had completely removed my blouse and unsnapped my bra. He ran his hand over my breasts. “We’d better make sure those three hours are totally worth it.”

I moaned as he gave my nipple a sharp tweak.

“Now let’s get the rest of those clothes off you so I can give you the spanking that you almost certainly deserve,” he said. With Nick’s help, I was very quickly naked. “Up on to the bed, on all fours,” he commanded.

The thorough spanking he gave me left me sore and breathless and unbelievably turned on. Still on all fours on the bed, I turned my head to see Nick quickly undressing. His cock was rigid and clearly ready for the damn good fucking he was about to give me.

The sex was as fantastic as I knew it would be. Over the next few hours he took me repeatedly and enthusiastically. In between the sex and blow jobs and spankings, we cuddled up together and chatted. It was good to see him.

All too soon our time was up. He gave my arse a final resounding slap. “Well, princess, that was delightful. But I’m gonna need to head back to Truro now. Got a five hour drive ahead of me.”

I lay happily on the bed, watching Nick dress, not envying him his long drive home on no sleep.

It was hard to believe we’d only met for the first time yesterday. Truro hotels can be as lonely as Cambridge ones but it’s a hell of a lot more fun when you meet a very sexy businessman in the hotel bar and end up having mind-blowing spanky sex in your room. I hadn’t been expecting a follow-up quite so soon.

“You know what?” I said as Nick kissed me goodbye. “That was a very satisfactory second date.”

My semi-final entry will be posted on the site soon! The required word for that one was "fork" which was somewhat more challenging that the previous two. Fork! It doesn't immediately inspire thoughts of a sexy, erotic nature, does it? Or maybe it does for you. I have no idea what you're into.

Using a knife and fork to eat an apple, though? That's a bit weird.

Saturday Spankings - "People might possibly find other uses for this"

Satspankday!
Happy Saturday Spanks day, fellow Spankophiles! Corbin's Bend-y spankings for you today!

Love In The Rockies, a compilation of Valentine-themed stories featuring couples you've already met in previous Corbin's Bend books came out last weekend.

Logan and Kirsty from my book, East End Girl, make a re-appearance in this collection in the story "The Perfect Housewife."

Kirsty is still working at Lorelei's hairdressing salon. It's Saturday morning and Logan has walked Kirsty to work. He's stuck around at Lorelei's request in order to see what exciting items she has just had delivered, Lorelei passes one of the promotional items to Kirsty.
It was a hairbrush .  It was large and wooden with a wide surface area. It had a surprising weight behind it. The back was large and flat and smooth and bore the words “Lorelei’s Hair Salon, Corbin’s Bend” and the web address of the salon.
“Very nice,” said Kirsty, turning it over appreciatively in her hands. “They did a good job.”
“What do you think, Logan?” asked Lorelei. “They’re for promotional giveaways. We’re going to give them away as prizes and rewards for our best customers. We spent a lot of time deciding what the best gift for our customers would be. That kind of brush is known as a paddle brush you know.”
“Is it indeed?” said Logan, smiling his lopsided grin. “I wonder why.” He held out his hand for the hairbrush and Kirsty handed it over to him. He took the brush in his right hand and holding out his left, brought the brush forcefully down on his own upturned palm. The loud thwack that it made resounded around the tiny salon. “You know I can’t help feeling that what with this being Corbin’s Bend and all, people might possibly find other uses for this, beyond brushing their hair.”
Lorelei put her hands on her hips and laughed loudly. “Sheesh, Logan. You think? Well, I must say that thought never occurred to me.”
Kirsty joined in the laughter. “Suuure it didn’t. That’s why you ended up tying the poor sales guy up in knots, making him tell you the exact size, thickness and weight of every single hairbrush that they sold

Oh, I really want this thing to exist in the real world.

Book Reviews - More Corbin's Bend Season 2!

Want to know more about the book review star rating system? Or find out what other books I've reviewed? Check out this page here.

I am very almost up-to-date with my Corbin's Bend Season 2 reading. Just got the last book, Ruth Staunton's Learning to Live Again to read and that'll be the whole Season done and dusted.

In the mean time, here are are my eagerly anticipated (by someone possibly somewhere) reviews of books six to eight.

Life's Unexpected Gifts

Life's Unexpected Gifts - Livia Grant

Physically abusive relationships are not an easy thing to tackle in a series of books about domestic discipline. I admire anyone who tries to take on this subject. Katherine R Blake handled the subject beautifully last season in her heartbreaking story A Simple Misunderstanding.

Life's Unexpected Gifts deals with a slightly different situation and also handles it sensitively and believably. Hallie Boudreaux has had to deal with abuse at different times in her life and at the beginning of this story is driving away from an abusive boyfriend in order to find some solace at her Aunt and Uncle's home in Corbin's Bend.

She staggers into town half frozen and near to collapse after her car breaks down. Having no idea of the unique disciplinary nature of Corbin's Bend, it is a little unfortunate that her first encounter with the residents of Corbin's Bend is when she barges into Traci Jackson's home and finds her being spanked with a belt by her brother, Troy.

Given Hallie's history, she has rather strong feelings about violence towards women. And it takes a good long while before Troy can persuade her that domestic discipline is a whole different kettle of fish to domestic abuse. But persuade her he does because Troy is a determined chap and because this is Corbin's Bend and the spankos always win in the end. Hurrah!

Given, the amount of time Troy spends explaining things to Hallie, this book is often in danger of reading a little too much like a How-To manual. But ultimately the love story takes centre stage and the epilogue is very sweet indeed.

Poor Traci, though. Troy's sister starts the book complaining how she hasn't got a man in her life (even after several years in the Bend) and ends the book still single. While these two incomers just waltz in and start a DD relationship in no time at all. Always the bridesmaid, eh, Traci? I hope we can return to Traci's story at some point. I'm sure there's a perfect guy out there for her somewhere.

Have Paddle Will Travel
Have Paddle Will Travel - Maren Smith

Five Stars!

You know what, Maren Smith is so very, very good at this sort of thing. This book was an absolute joy and a delight from beginning to end. The two heroes, Ettie and Vance are wonderfully hilarious.

Ettie writes a baffling sounding newsletter full of made up news stories largely involving the entirely fictional and often bizarre deaths of her neighbour, Vance. Vance runs a handmade spanky implements business which, to be honest, feels like a slightly more useful contribution to the Bend than Ettie's. In order to test out his products, Vance has accumulated a bevy of accommodating female residents ready and eager to go over his lap. That's the type of community service I could totally get on board with, to be honest.

The pair dislike one another intensely. Or do they? Or are these strong feelings of hate merely masking much deeper passions below? What do you reckon? The set up is marvellous. It's like a 1930s screwball comedy - all witty put-downs and simmering passions.

Ettie and Vance find themselves stranded in the middle of nowhere during a snowstorm. Being near-frozen, soaking wet and without any kind of food for several days isn't the sort of situation that's going to put anyone in the best of moods but Ettie and Vance get through it. In fact with all the sexy and spanky shenanigans (because of course there is!), they get through it rather well.

And they do have some food in their shack in the middle of nowhere after Vance kills a squirrel leading to my absolute favourite lines in a book stuffed full of corking dialogue.

A Perfect Partnership

A Perfect Partnership - Rayanna Jamison

Josiah the hero of A Perfect Partnership has had a very sheltered life growing up in a religious community. Having never been selected for arranged marriage, he decides to move away from the polygamous lifestyle and start a new life looking for 'the one' to share his life with. And having grown up in a Domestic Discipline environment, what better place to make a new start than Corbin's Bend? He runs into confrontational, opinionated and close to being-out-of-control Laney almost immediately and, despite their very obvious differences, a strange kind of platonic-yet-spanking relationship ensues.

I really liked the innocence of Josiah. It's an unusual position for a hero of an erotic romance to be less world-wise and less sexually experienced than the heroine and Rayanna Jamison handles it really well. I have previously thought about writing a story where the hero is a virgin. Largely because I write historical romances and while the convention is that the girls are swooning virgins and the men have sown their wild oats, in reality virgin bridegrooms would hardly have been uncommon in the 19th century.

It's a somewhat different world that Rayanna Jamison is writing about here, of course. And a man of Josiah's age still being a virgin in the 21st century is a fairly unusual state of affairs. The basic question is still the same "Is it possible to have a hero who is dominant and sexy while being previously sexually inexperienced?" After reading this excellent story, I now know that the answer is a resounding "Yes. Yes it certainly is."

So eight down, one to go. This has been a fantastic season of Corbin's Bend books. (Yes, obviously one of the books, East End Girl, was mine. I'm not saying that one is fantastic. I mean, it is, obviously but I am far too modest and polite to say so.)

If you want more Corbin's Bend spanky goodness (and why on earth wouldn't you?) there's a collection of stories, Love in the Rockies, all featuring characters from previous Corbin's Bend books. Kirsty and Logan from East End Girl make a reappearance in my story, The Perfect Housewife.

Love in the Rockies
There's a Love in the Rockies Facebook event this Friday at 3pm PST / 11pm GMT (and a whole host of different other times in different time zones). I'll be hosting the first shift so get there bright and early in order to take part, have fun and hopefully win a shedload of cool, spanky prizes including books, gift cards and this deliciously wicked looking paddle.

Ooh look it's all Corbin's Bend-y and heart-shaped. That looks like fun.
Ah. Right. That's the other side, then. Kind of brutal-looking, isn't it? Yikes.
See you all there this Friday! (Well not see you, obviously. That's not how the internet works.) I was going to say that it'll be the most fun you can have with your clothes on. But come to think of it, there's no obligation for you to wear clothes. We don't stand on ceremony at Corbin's Bend Facebook parties. Do whatever makes you feel comfortable. Especially because if you do win that paddle, you probably won't be comfortable again for a while.

Note: These books are now available as a box set Return to Corbin's Bend

Love In The Rockies!

There's a spanking-new spanking-spanking collection of Corbin's Bend stories, Love In The Rockies, out right now! Written by a bevy of top Corbin's Bend authors (and me).

Read it now to catch up with a shedload of characters from previous Corbin's Bend books and see in what funny, dramatic, sexy, heartbreaking or totally-fucking-kinky ways they choose to spend Valentines Day.

All Valentines! All Corbins! All Bend!

Just so we're clear, by the way, that title isn't a euphemism for anything. Or at least not as far as I'm aware.

I don't know if it is just me but does 'Love In the Rockies' sound like it's something Ray Winstone says in some brutal East End London gangster movie?
Ray Winstone [growling]: "You want love, do you sunshine?"
[Ray Winstone's addressee - some kind of minor drug lord with ideas above his station who is already gagged and terrified - merely nods.]
Ray Winstone: "Awlright me old china. I'll give you Love" [Punch!] "In!" [Punch!] "The!" [Punch!] "Rockies!" [Punch to testicles!]
[Gagged man falls forward. End of scene.]
Definitely NOT those kind of books. Just so we're clear.
Anyway assuming that isn't your bag (and really, is it anyone's bag?), then you're probably here for the romance, sexiness, spankiness and the other benefits that reading a well crafted erotic romance can bring about. (Like, for example, masturbation.)

Well, this boxset is bound to provide. What with having Constance Masters, Thianna D, Kate Richards, Kathryn R Blake and Ruth Staunton as its writers. (And me, of course. Don't forget me.)

This is a bunch of writers who can provide the very best kind of 'Me Party' to their readers.

Just give moi a moment. I was reading 'Love in the Rockies'
Here's an excerpt from my contribution to the collection - a continuation of Kirsty and Logan's story from East End Girl. Mine is the shortest story in the collection. In the banquet that is 'Love In The Rockies', my story 'The Perfect Housewife' is an amuse bouche.

Enjoy.
“Right that’s it, young lady. Bend over the bed. I think you definitely do need a spanking after all.”
Logan spun Kirsty round so she was facing the bed. He swept the pile of junk he had deposited there to one side and pushed Kirsty’s back gently so that she bent face first over the duvet. Kirsty looked back over her shoulder at him. “You’re not really going to use the paddle, are you Logan?” Her voice had a note of panic in it.
Logan stroked her back. “No. Don’t worry. This isn’t a punishment spanking. I’m just trying to keep you in line.” He flipped up her short skirt and then hooking his thumbs into her panties, pulled them down to her knees.
Kirsty yelped as the first swat hit her backside. Even when he spanked her in play, Logan always spanked hard
I hope you go check out the whole collection. In fact I expect you to. You know your duty. Get to it.

Actually, I can't remember why I was googling "Two Ronnies Worm That Turned".
But I may as well keep this picture here, anyway. Because, you know, reasons. And thighs.

Here are all the stories in the collection. Let me know your opinions in the comments section. I may even interrupt my 'Me Party' in order to comment back.

Valentine's Surprise by Constance Masters
Erin and Zach have had a busy but happy year. Her loving husband has promised her an amazing Valentine’s Day weekend. Will the surprise be the best she's ever gotten? Or will this particular white elephant gift go down as the worst Valentine's Day gift in the history of bad gifts?

Roy & Teri's Staycation by Kate Richards
Roy and Teri Simms are finally going to take their vacation and renew their romance! With their adopted son Ben safely stowed with neighbors for a week, they are taking a romantic cruise to the Caribbean and this time Teri is on board with the plan. But one thing after another happens to keep them from leaving town. Will they still be able to find any time to try out all the new toys?

Unfortunately, Lainie's plan doesn't work out quite like she intended it to and she is in for quite a few unexpected surprises.

Knowing What She Needs by Thianna D.
